Why trust us
Streaks, screens and ladders: our standards
No reviews on this site yet: a company this new has none to show, and clean glass is its own evidence.
-
Count and price per window
Every pane, inside and out, on a quote you approve before the visit.
-
Do the screens and the tracks
Screens washed, tracks vacuumed and wiped; a clean window in a dirty frame is half a job.
-
Use the right tool for the height
A water-fed pole for the second story from the ground, ladders only where a pole cannot reach.
-
Streak the sunny side
The south and west glass is done early or in shade; a streaked window in afternoon sun is a redo, not an invoice.
-
Scratch tinted or coated glass
Razor blades stay off low-E and tinted panes; the crew knows which is which.
-
Skip the hard-water stains
Sprinkler spots are treated with the right product, and priced as the extra they are.

Storefront and Office Window Cleaning on a Schedule
A storefront’s glass is cleaned on a route, not when someone notices it. What decides how often, what the crew touches besides the glass, and how it fits around open hours.

Fog Between the Panes That Cleaning Will Not Fix
The first cool mornings of fall put condensation on a lot of glass. Most of it wipes off. The kind that sits between the panes does not, and no cleaner can reach it.

Skylights, Solar Panels and Glass You Cannot Reach
Glass on the roof gets dirtier than glass on the wall and is harder to get at. Water-fed poles do most of it from the ground; a few things need someone on the roof.

Pollen, sprinkler spray and limestone water on Nashville glass
Spring pollen is the single biggest factor in this region and it is heavier than newcomers expect. From late February into May, Middle Tennessee glass takes on a visible yellow-green film that returns within days of being cleaned, which is why the sensible local rhythm is a clean after pollen season rather than during it, and a second one in autumn after the leaves are down.
Hard water is the other regional constant. Limestone groundwater means sprinkler overspray and runoff leave mineral deposits that etch into the glass surface rather than sitting on it, and once that has happened, ordinary washing will not touch it. It needs a restoration compound, and it is far cheaper to move the sprinkler head than to restore the same window twice.

FAQ
Window washing questions from homeowners
How much does window cleaning cost in Nashville?
Window cleaning in Nashville is priced per pane, inside and out, with screens, tracks and hard-water stain removal as their own lines; a count of the windows sets the number, and the quote is by the window rather than by the hour.
How fast can you get someone out?
A cleaning in Nashville is usually within the week, and spring and fall book fastest; the crew confirms the day before and works around the weather.
What areas do you cover?
Window cleaners serving Nashville also cover Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville — 65 towns across 12 counties.
Are you licensed and insured?
Every window cleaning crew we run carries liability insurance on file with us, because the work is on ladders and around glass.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No — free, written, and no obligation.
What if something goes wrong afterwards?
Send the form; the workmanship is backed in writing.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year for most houses, and quarterly where there is heavy tree cover, nearby construction or a road throwing up dust. Spring and autumn are the usual pattern. Frequency matters more than it sounds, because glass left for years accumulates mineral deposits that ordinary cleaning will not lift.
What are the water spots that will not wipe off?
Hard water mineral deposits, etched into the glass surface — usually from sprinklers hitting the windows repeatedly, or runoff from a metal frame. Ordinary cleaning will not remove them because they are bonded to the glass rather than sitting on it. They can often be polished out with an acid or abrasive treatment, but severe long-term etching is permanent.
How is window cleaning priced?
By pane count and story, not floor area. Two-story work costs more because of ladders or poles and the time each window takes. Screens, tracks and sills are usually itemized separately, as are French panes, which are priced per pane and are considerably slower. Interior and exterior are often quoted separately, since exterior alone is a common request.
Should screens be cleaned at the same time?
Yes, and it is usually worth the small extra cost. Dirty screens transfer dust straight back onto freshly cleaned glass with the first rain, which is why windows that were cleaned a fortnight ago can already look poor. Screens are removed, washed and dried rather than wiped in place.
Can windows be cleaned in winter?
Yes, on any day above freezing, and winter often has better availability. Purified-water pole systems work year-round. What is avoided is cleaning in direct summer sun, when the glass dries faster than it can be squeegeed and streaks regardless of technique — which is why summer bookings are often scheduled for the shaded side first.
